Baptism
Baptism is the beginning of a lifelong process of growth in Christ. Infants are baptized on the faith of their parents. As parents begin the task of nurturing their child's spiritual growth, they strengthen and deepen their own relationship with God.
In order to help parents and godparents to more fully understand the Sacrament of Baptism and the rites surrounding it a preparation class is provided. This class is required and available by contacting the parish office.
The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated in church after the 4:30 p.m. Saturday Mass and the 11:15 Sunday Mass.
Baptisms can be also scheduled during Mass at certain seasons of the year.
Youth and adults who have not been baptized may contact the Church office for more information.
